SmartAlert icon blackClick the SmartAlert icon to easily set alert severity rules for multiple types of hazards and geographic locations. Get alerts by email or text message as soon as a hazard poses a threat.

Data uploads and sharing

DisasterAWARE layers button

Click the Layers icon on the left toolbar and the Edit link to Add Layers. You can import a KML file into your private account or share it publicly using the bookmark feature. To turn on the layer you’ve imported, click the Layers icon and scroll down to the User Layers folder.

To turn on the layer you’ve imported, click the Layers icon and scroll down to the User Layers folder. Also, bookmark and share your layers.

Tsunami Travel-time Map Enhancements

Tsunami travel-time map products have been enhanced in DisasterAWARE. Maps now include DART Buoys for Deep-ocean Assessment and Reporting of Tsunamis.
